Crush Dining Room and Lounge, is co-owned by one of Shotgun Spread’s partners - Jason Colabove. Crush’s kitchen is managed by head chef and Shotgun Spread partner Warren Miller. This is the very same kitchen where Shotgun Spread’s unique texture and flavor profile was born!
