4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup shotgun spread
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Panko crumbs
Cooking spray
Chopped parsley, optional

Chef's Tip

This also works great with salmon! Just reduce the bake time to 10 to 15 minutes or so. Remember - thin filets require less cook time.

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Dial it up to 425 degrees. While that's warming up, grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.

  2. Prep the Magic Mixture: In a shallow bowl, combine J's Shotgun Spread, seasoned salt, paprika, and garlic powder.

  3. Crispy Crust Station: On a plate, mix together the Parmesan cheese and Panko crumbs. This will be your breading hub.

  4. Dress the Chicken: Take each chicken breast and slather it in your Shotgun Spread mixture. Then, make it rain Parmesan and Panko on both sides.
